2016

The 2016 Northeast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from October 21-24. Piping instructors included Isaac Alderson, Tom Creegan, Eamonn Dillon, Kara Doyle, Tommy Keane, Benedict Koehler, Éanna Ó Cróinín, and Michael Stribling. Jim Wenham taught reedmaking. Fiddler instructors were John Carty and Patrick Ourceau.

The 2015 Northeast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from October 16-19. Piping instructors included Sheila Friel, Ivan Goff, Patrick Hutchinson, Caoimhín Ó Fearghail, Kieran O’Hare, Fiachra O’Regan, Anthony Santoro, and Cillian Vallely. Jim Wenham taught reedmaking. Fiddle instructors were Liz Knowles and Oisín Mac Diarmada.

The 2014 Northeast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from October 17-20. Piping instructors included Joey Abarta, Tom Creegan, Benedict Koehler, Bill Ochs, Jimmy O’Brien-Moran, Máire Ní Ghráda, Deb Quigley, and Michael Stribling. Tim Benson taught reedmaking. Fiddle instructors were Matt Mancuso and MacDara Ó Raghallaigh.

Fiddle instructors were Patrick Ourceau and Jesse Smith.

The 2011 Northeast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York from October 21-24. Piping instructors included Michael Cooney, Tom Creegan, Nollaig MacCárthaig, Fiachra O’Regan, and Jerry O’Sullivan. Fiddle instructors were Oisín Mac Diarmada and Willie Kelly. Our reedmaking instructor was Seth Gallagher.

The 2009 Northeast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from October 23-26. Piping instructors included Brian McNamara, Maire Ni Ghrada, Patrick Hutchinson, Bill Ochs, and Sean Ryan. Bruce Childress gave the reedmaking workshops, and Kathleen Collins and Cleek Schrey were the fiddle instructors.

Piping instructors included Mick O’Brien, Cormac Cannon, Patrick D’Arcy, Ivan Goff, Debbie Quigley, and Cillian Vallely. Benedict Koehler gave the reedmaking workshops, and Breda Keville and Patrick Ourceau were the fiddle instructors.

2007

The 2007 Northeast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from October 26-28. Piping instructors included Kevin Rowsome, Louise Mulcahy, Bill Ochs, Jerry O’Sullivan, Debbie Quigley, and Benedict Koehler. Seth Gallagher presided over the reedmaking workshops, and Willie Kelly taught fiddle.

2006

The 2006 Northeast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from October 6-9. Piping instructors included Tommy Keane, Marion McCarthy, Michael Cooney, Patrick D’Arcy, Patrick Hutchinson. Benedict Koehler taught reedmaking, and Patrick Ourceau and Kevin Crehan were the resident fiddle instructors. Mike McHale gave a special workshop for flute players.

2005

The 2005 East Coast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from September 30-October 3. Máire Ní Ghráda, Jimmy O’Brien-Moran, Michael Cooney, Ivan Goff, Debbie Quigley, and Benedict Koehler were all on the piping instruction staff; Mickey Dunne was the resident reedmaker. Patrick Ourceau and Willie Kelly taught fiddle, and Mike McHale gave an Irish flute workshop.

2004

The 2004 East Coast Tionól was held in East Durham, New York, from October 29-November 1. Piping instructors included Mick O’Brien, David Power, Mickey Dunne, and Debbie Quigley. Benedict Koehler and Patrick Hutchinson gave private piping lessons as well. Nick Whitmer taught reedmaking. Patrick Ourceau and Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh taught fiddle, and Mike McHale gave an Irish flute workshop.

2003

The 2003 East Coast Tionól was held in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, from October 10-12 and hosted by Pat Sky. Piping instructors
included Eoin O Riabhaigh, Benedict Kohler, Patrick Hutchinson, Deborah Quigley, and Todd Denman. Willie Kelly taught fiddle.

2002

The 2002 East Coast Tionól was held in Rockland, Maine, from October 11-13. Piping instructors included Máire Ní Ghráda, Geoff
Wooff, Patrick Hutchinson, and Benedict Koehler. Joe Kennedy presided over the reedmaking workshop and Willie Kelly taught fiddle.
